Carnival Makes Best of 2011 Lists

Popular country music blog That Nashville Sound released their best albums and songs of 2011 and Carnival made both lists.

On their “Best Albums of 2011” list, they named David Nail’s The Sound of A Million Dreams number nine, Stoney LaRue’s Velvet number eight, Miranda Lambert’s Four The Record number four and Pistol Annies Hell On Heels number one. All four albums were co-produced by Frank Liddell and 3 out of 4 feature Carnival songs.

The following Carnival songs also made their “Top 100 Songs of 2011” list:

36 Miranda Lambert – “All Kinds Of Kinds” (Don Henry, Phillip Coleman)

28 David Nail – “Songs For Sale” (Billy Montana, Carusoe)

4 Stoney LaRue – “Velvet” (LaRue, Saenz)
